Accessibility Statement

HairProof is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the website and application, and treat accessibility as part of product quality, not an add-on.

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks.
• Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
• Color contrast meeting or exceeding 4.5:1 for text; status is never conveyed by color alone.
• Labels and descriptions for form fields, with errors explained next to the field.
• Alternative text for meaningful images; screen-reader labels for capture controls.
• Support for prefers-reduced-motion — animations are disabled when you ask your device for less motion.
• Voice-guided capture for scan views you cannot see, with an upload alternative.
• Touch targets sized for comfortable use on phones.

The camera-based capture experience depends on your device's browser permissions; where camera access is unavailable, the photo-upload path provides the same functionality. We review accessibility with every release, and some newer pages may temporarily lag the standard while under active development.
